Sometimes. A core colour reduced at the end of a season will usually return at its normal price once new stock lands. A discontinued print or a final run will not return at all. If you can see a crossed out price on a listing, that is what it sold at before and may sell at again.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The reduced price sits on the product itself, so nothing needs entering at checkout and nothing is applied afterwards. If a listing shows a crossed out price, that is the saving, and it applies the moment the item goes into the cart.
How long do these prices last?
Until the stock runs out or the sale ends, whichever comes first, and neither is announced far in advance. Pricing here is set at the product level rather than by a countdown, so there is no timer to watch. The practical answer is that popular sizes and colours go first.
