FREE AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING on all orders over AUD$70. All orders ship from our headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.
PACKAGING, PARCEL SIZE AND TRACKING
To ensure superior protection for our products — particularly smaller and delicate items — some orders may be flat-packed.
Depending on the shipping method selected and the size of the item, smaller orders may be sent as letter mail and may not include tracking. This allows us to keep shipping costs reasonable while still ensuring items are securely packaged.
Once a parcel is lodged with the carrier, any delivery assessments, handling decisions, or delays are determined by the carrier and are outside our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use Australia Post or our preferred courier service. For all orders under AUD$70, our shipping fee is AUD$9.95.
Shipping rates are flat-rate and are not calculated by individual parcel weight or size. In some cases, the actual cost charged by the carrier may be higher than the shipping fee paid at checkout. As a small business, we absorb a portion of shipping costs to keep pricing fair and accessible.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We use Australia Post or our preferred courier service. For all orders, our express shipping fee is AUD$19.95.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use our preferred courier service. For all international orders, our shipping fee is AUD$19.95.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm AEST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes.
