Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. With regards to our shoes, we recommend that you consult our size guide and measure your little ones feet before purchasing. We do offer store credit notes, but not refunds at this time. 

With the exception of headwear due to hygiene reasons, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused products in sellable condition for a store credit note within 14 days of purchase.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the credit note once your item is received. You will be notified via email once the credit has been issued.

We do not offer returns/credits for items purchased during sale or promotional events such as 25% off or more or buy 1 get 1 free promotions.

How to return

+ Contact customer service with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return.

+ You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.

+ Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return after it has been received. You will be notified via email once the credit note has been issued.

We will credit you the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. 

SOMMERFUGL KIDS is not able to generate return labels and customers will be responsible for return shipments.

How to exchange

SOMMERFUGL KIDS does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to to order a new item.
