"Spring Moments with Sommerfugl Kids" IG Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The "Spring Moments with Sommerfugl Kids" Instagram photo competition (the "Competition") is open to legal residents of Australia & New Zealand who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") and Instagram's Terms of Use.
2. Competition period
The Competition begins at 12.00pm AEST on Saturday 2 September 2023 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on Saturday 16 September 2023.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @sommerfuglkids on instagram. 2. Post a photo on their Instagram profile featuring or using a Sommerfugl Kids product. 3. Include a brief caption describing the moment and use the hashtag #springwithsommerfugl. 4. Tag @sommerfuglkids in the photo.
4. Winner selection
Winners will be selected based on the creativity of their entries, the visibility of Sommerfugl Kids products, and adherence to the rules.
The judging panel, consisting of Sommerfugl Kids representatives, will choose the winning entries.
Winners will be announced on 18 September 2023 on the @sommerfuglkids Instagram account.
5. Prizes
1st place: $100 Sommerfugl Kids Gift Card 2nd place: $50Sommerfugl KidsGift Card 3rd place: $25 Sommerfugl KidsGift Card Honorable mentions: FREE bow or smock of your choice with any order over $70 placed between now and end of 2023!
6. Notification of winners
Winners will be notified via direct message on instagram within 1 business day of the announcement.
Winners must respond to the notification within 4 business days to claim their prize.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Use of entries
By entering the Competition, participants grant Sommerfugl Kids the right to use, modify, adapt, and publish their entry, including their name and Instagram handle, in any media without further compensation.
8. Privacy policy
Information collected from participants will be subject to the Sommerfugl Kids Privacy Policy.
9. Termination or modification
Sommerfugl Kids reserves the right to terminate or modify the Competition at any time for any reason, including if it becomes technically corrupted or is not capable of running as planned.
10. Release and limitation of liability
Participants release Instagram and Sommerfugl Kids from any responsibility and liability arising from or related to the Competition.
Sommerfugl Kids is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or delays in operation or transmission, or for any technical problems or malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers.
11. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of victoria, australia.
